Like it or not, the Air Navigation Order mandates that Microlight Aircraft remain within certain weight limits, the empty weight and the maximum all up weight. All Microlights must be weighed at intervals not exceeding 5 years. For legal and safety reasons you need to know how heavy your aircraft is.

Accurate to +/- 0.1% Being a BMAA Inspector I can also provide you with a basic weight & balance sheet for your aircraft including a fuel for weight trade off placard. This is calculated using a form based on the BMAA approved Weight & Centre of Gravity spreadsheet AW 028. Tail dragger or nose wheel. Flexwing Microlights only require an empty weight schedule. A proper, professional Weight & Balance will enhance the value of your aircraft. Ideal for Microlight purchasers who do not want to buy problems with overweight aircraft.
